ActivComputing offers a full IT support structure to all home computer users. We can even do it without visiting your home, by remote access.


Our HomeCare IT support package is very similar to our business 'ActivCare' package but designed for the home computer user. You get the support and service of our IT experts until 9pm week days and till 5pm on weekends and bank holidays.

If you feel that the 'HomeCare' support isn't for you, that's fine. You can simply pay for the hours per job, there is no call out charge and no admin fees etc. Our hourly rate is £25.00 inc VAT.


Option 1 is;
A pay as you go system where you pay for each job by the hour @ £25.00 per hour.

Option 2 is;
Our 'Homecare Support' package, you purchase a bulk of hours at a discounted rate per hour. When you need us we are there for you. You can buy as many hours as you want, the more hours you buy the cheaper the rate per hour. You can pay for the whole bulk hours in one payment or a direct debit system so your payment is per month*. This package forms part of the 'HomeCare' agreement which is valid for 12 months from the date point on the agreement.
